About Puzzles & Survival Voucher?
Dear Commanders,
To optimize your gaming experience, Eve has introduced an all-new feature: Vouchers.
- Vouchers can be purchased under the "Voucher" tab in the Mall and used to purchase items from the in-game Voucher Mall.
- First-time purchase of a Voucher will activate the Voucher Mall. After activation, you can tap the ⇌ button in the upper right corner of the page to switch between Cash Mall and Voucher Mall.
- The number of Vouchers you own will be displayed in the letter you receive upon purchasing a Voucher, and it will also be displayed beside the ⇌ button on the Voucher Mall page.
Tips: After switching to the Voucher Mall, you can use Vouchers to purchase all packs in the Voucher Mall and Gift Center as well as other pop-up packs.
Please note that purchasing Vouchers doesn't count towards top-ups but using Vouchers to purchase other items does.
How to top-up Puzzles & Survival Voucher?
- Select the Voucher denomination.
- Enter your Account ID, Character Name and Server.
- Check out and select your payment method.
- Once payment made, your purchased will be credited to your account shortly.
* Upon purchase, Vouchers will be sent to your in-game mailbox. Vouchers can be used to purchase items from the Voucher Mall in-game. Vouchers used to purchase items will count towards your total top-up.
How to find Puzzles & Survival Account ID?
- Use your account to log into the game.
- Tap the More icon in the Down Right corner, setting and Account.
- The Puzzles & Survival Account ID will be displayed.
